Pipex tier 1 UK ISP cap all P2P, 20Kbps 24/7 all accounts, bittorrents slow
PIPEX UK ISP is capping ALL P2P traffic to 20KBPS. Bittorrent has slowed to a crawl. It is packet based Traffic Shaping so only encryption can get round it for now. Crikey Glad I've left Pipex !

These two guys are trying to hitch to 50 states in 50 days - which sounds OK until you realise this also includes Alaska AND Hawaii! They are using This Website to promote their cause, and they have GPS devices so you can watch them race across the USA live. Pretty cool stuff.
